I hit a deer the other night while driving on the highway and had to replace several parts of my cooling system including my radiator, radiator fan and transmission cooler. Apparently I didn’t fill up my radiator enough and didn’t complete the air burping procedure to get the air out of the system. I also noticed my heat went out inside the car. That’s when I stopped at Autozone and Ezra P. helped me diagnose my problem, came out to my vehicle and with the supplied coolant I purchased there assisted me in making sure my overflow tank was connected properly via the hose and how much coolant I needed and we successfully filled it back up! Thank you so much for your assistance I will remember to return to this location for my auto repair and maintenance needs!

I had what I thought was a bad battery but after some awesome customer service from Alexander, it was determined that the connection was corroded. He did a thorough cleaning on the connections and I was good to go!
