I had my rear bumper replaced after I was rear ended. They forgot to order a clip, so I had to drive 25 min for a 2 min clip to be put on!! Not very happy about that inconvenience!

Was looking at a vehicle on black Fri when a man hunt with 2 cops an a drone seach team happened in the parking lot it was very scary I felt so unsafe all. them salesmen were assisting.

We had a great experience with Been Baker. Interesting to see so many negative ones. I appreciated that when we were there getting it all done I didn't feel like I was at a used car dealer. Everyone was just very nice and friendly. Our sales person Alex was great. He was friendly, personable and went above and beyond to get this car for us at a time when it is hard to find them! I also appreciated that he covered everything. We are from down state and drove two hours to get this car and liked the small town feel. Great job. Thank you Alex and team for your service.

I was recently interested in purchasing a new vehicle and used the online process. Communication was extremely slow requiring me to follow up on next steps in the buying process every step of the way. After 5 days and limited interaction I arrived at the dealership to try and buy the vehicle. The online sales rep was not onsite. I was instructed to work with the Sales Mgr. Long story short the sales manager was extremely rude in his demeanor and made me feel like I was putting him out for trying to buy a car. I would have purchased the vehicle for what he offered but I honestly could not believe the way I was being treated so I stood up shook his hand and walked out. I will never step foot in this dealership again.

I had purchased 07 Silverado 6 months ago off of Betten Baker Jeep lot didn’t purchase warranty..well Engine went bad within 6 months needed replaced 4000 grand for reman factory engine which is fair then charged 30 hours labor!! Which brought it to 8800$! I complained got “10 percent” knocked off labor but was way over charged for labor hours .. I called other engine shops and got quotes for labor average seemed to be around 8-16 hours of labor and less per hour .Berger service department even quoted 23 hours max labor hours .. I wish I would’ve never went through with it I could’ve saved 1500-3000$ going somewhere else and that’s after the “discount” they gave me..I just wanted a fair deal and figured they would especially since I bought the truck from Betten baker. I or my family friends and everyone else I let know will never do business w Betten Baker service or sales againService: Engine repair
