In my opinion banking with Fifth Third Bank is dangerous for your money. I deposited a six figure check and was denied access to my money for 10 days while the bank did who knows what with it. Also horrible experience with their investment department. Best to just stay away.

Very mediocre customer service by a bank manager. She seemed more concerned that the scanner wasn’t working rather than a delicate customer service issue I was trying to work through. I did the remainder of my banking business with my usual 5/3rd bank at Breton Village. I always get stellar service there.

Went to 2 different fifth third banks and they did everything they could not to help me but I came to this one and theo had me in and out in ten minutes what a great guy you need something done and you don't want to be messed around God to theo he will get that done for you no problem

Jared, the manager, provided the worst experience I’ve ever had in my 20+ years of being a Fifth Third client. It blows my mind the example he must be setting for the other employees. Complete lack of respect/compassion/empathy, and simply rude.

This is a good branch and 5/3 does well with day-to-day checking and best in town for Equity Lines. Shoutout to Jared Lee, a banker superhero, for calling back on questions and recommending best options.

Atrocious customer service. I was provided the incorrect routing number because the representative there did not check which region our account was created in. There is clearly a lack of common sense within your organization. This caused us to have trouble getting my husband's school refund and put us in an extremely hard financial situation. Had we been provided the correct information we would not be having this issue. We will be changing banks due to your representatives incompetency. I no longer trust you guys to even touch our money.
