Terrible customer service. Hillary had me write all my card information down on a piece of paper that a worker had the night prior to the company opening in order to turn my power on. When they gave us ZERO notice. Our automatic payment wasn’t working and we didn’t realize, it was about a month behind (not even) she said we could pay $50 to turn it back on, then it turned into $100. And when I called back to the following day to see if my card information made it to the company she says no… and is SO rude and hangs up the phone.She has zero people skills and she’s a SCAM. This company is pathetic.

Out here doing preventative maintenance! I’ve been in Lowell for nearly 2 years and haven’t lost power once because of storms. It’s great to see a utility that actually cares about its customers and service.

The fact that I can't pay my bill online, for whatever reason, after YEARS of customers reporting the issue!? Inexcusable, but what are you going to do? You have no alternative and they know that.

Power service is really good, the online bill payment and app is truly terrible, more often than not it gives an error when paying, and if you accidentally overpay or double pay, and it will allow double payments to occur while you are fighting that.

Worst company to deal with but have to with no other choices as they monopolize here in Lowell.. after 5 years of service and paid deposit they threatened a turn off after telling me they want another depoist out of the blue.. very unprofessional and probably illegal

I give Lowell Light and Power a 5 star rating. They are the best in getting our power back on in much less time than Consumers Power. When we have had some of those devastating ice storms and our power went out for Consumer Power Customers it was out for close to a week. Our power was out for less then a day. I don’t care if they’re not up on the latest technology I only care that our power is restored in short order.Thank you very much Lowell Light & Power. You are the best. We have lived here in Lowell for 30 years now and we are very happy with your service.

Never had a good customer service experience. They are behind the times when it comes to technology and bill payment. There app is down more than it is up. Should just switch everyone to Consumers Energy and avoid all the problems that they give their customers.
