My daughter has went here to get her manicures done several times. She always gets designs. They have always charged her $55. Today they charged her $85. Needless to say...they just lost 2 clients. We will never go back. Very inconsistent with their prices. The nails looked great, but not $85 great.

Very poor quality of work my wife had a pedicure and Manicure with polish it was applied and was lumpy and was already peeling before she even left, definitely would not recommend or return.

I’ve gone to this business for a few years off and on getting my toes and hands done even have recommended this place to quite a few people. However, the customer service has gone downhill. I returned today after a few months of not going and made an appointment for a pedicure and a manicure because I had a gift card I had received for Mother’s Day my appointment was at 9:30. The worker didn’t show up until 9:27 to unlock the door and open and the person doing my pedicure showed up late so I didn’t start my pedicure until at least 9:45 and then I was told after my pedicure was finished they didn’t have time to do the manicure I wanted blaming me because I didn’t say tips on the phone. Maybe if you were set up open and ready to take clients at their appointment time. But that’s okay I didn’t waste money out of my own pocket. I’ll save the drive and find somewhere closer to home after today.

Customer service was definitely sub-par. Guy put his earbud in and had a phone conversation with someone for most of my appointment. Not a big deal, but at the same time he blatantly ignored me telling him that my toe had a pre-existing cut on it and was pretty tender. I told him no less than three times and he kept grabbing it, running a nail file across it (the cut was on the toe itself, not on the nail so he absolutely could have avoided it) and rubbing it with that pumice stone thing.

I always enjoy going to our local Nail and Spa in Lowell. We always have a great experience and the staff are always so friendly and kind. The environment is very nice and welcoming. I am always satisfied with what I get done there.

My daughter and I go to Lowell Nails and Spa monthly and we love them! They have always been able to do exactly what we've requested perfectly. The whole staff are very kind and talented. We would not want to go anywhere else!
