I only give Myers 4 out of 5 stars because I heard they went woke. But the pharmacy are always extremely helpful and polite. Totally deserve 5 stars.

I have been using the Meijer Lowell pharmacy for 8 years now. They have always been courteous and very helpful. Whether in the store or at the drive up, service is always very good. When there are questions or problems with a new script, they are quick to call me.In the last month I've had 3 new prescriptions sent there electronically while I was still in the doctor's office. Every time, before I had left the doctor's parking lot, the Meijer Pharmacy sent a text that the scripts were ready to pick up!It is so appreciated to be able to go directly to the pharmacy on the way home from the doctor! It is much better than going home, then going back out later when the script is ready!When I ask for help or have questions at the pharmacy inside, their help is excellent! Even if it's just asking where to find something OTC in the pharmacy retail area.It's the best pharmacy I've ever used.

My wife and I both go there. We both get polite good service. One real important thing pharmacy s do look for drug interactions. Many people in the general public believe that their Doctors know best. The real truth is many times many lives are saved because of their knowledge so questions or problems report them to them. Another problem is that medicine depletes essential minerals like Zinc.The difference Between good Doctor and bad ones are they reading your test properly?.

I like this Meijer pharmacy way more than the one closest to me. My family and I have yet to have any problems with this pharmacy. Kind staff and reasonable speed and options.

When the rest of the Grand Rapids pharmacies were out of a specific medicine, this pharmacy had it in stock and provided service above and beyond expectations. Thanks to Justin for taking care of what we needed and providing exceptional service.

This should be a NEGATIVE STAR REVIEW, refused to test my wife for COVID today, my 2 daughters where fine to take the test, all had appointments and bar codes, all came in together in the same car.

Dont bother making an appt at the pharmacy. They take walk ins AHEAD of people who make appts.

I am constantly having issues with this pharmacy. I get different answers pertaining to medication from staff members. I recently called to check to make sure all my medications were ready to be picked up so I wouldn’t have to make multiple visits and I’m told one is out of stock. So I ask if the other two can be held until it’s in and I’m told by the employee Jessie that it’s fine. I am notified the medication is in and I go to pick up all three just to find out they put one back and I’ll have to return for it. They need better management.

What a dump. Hadn't been here in a long time and as bad as it used to be it's now worse. Still no remodeling of the numerous unused checkout lanes; the few self-serve lanes were backed up all the way to produce, with only two cashier-serviced lanes open at 4:45 pm. -- and of course those had lines too of folks with carts jammed full of stuff. No one even greeted me when I came into the store; had to look for an employee to help for directions to find the gift cards, which are in multiple areas of the store. I was going to get a cooked chicken for dinner to take home, but they had only one little sad bird left and someone had ripped the seal off (was it returned?) Yuck and double-yuck. I had 3 items in my cart after spending a long 20 minutes of traipsing around all over the massive joint, but gave up and left the cart and items sitting when I saw the checkout lines so long. So sorry I bothered but perhaps I needed a reminder that things aren't likely to get better here.

They put a $100 charge on my account IN ADDITION to the appropriate $32 charge for my gasoline. Not everyone has the funds to allow for them to take whatever they feel like.
