Outages! Outages! Outages! Before sold to Point Bb, our service was exceptional! We never had outages - so why do we have outages with the new ownership? Customer Service and all communications from Point is shockingly disrespectful to customers. Good luck reaching customer support or reporting an outage. Unfortunately they have a monopoly in our area. I’m thinking about petitioning the township to sanction or penalize Point Broadband for the constant outages.

Extremely happy with the service and price of our Wi-Fi. They came to help us install it and it has been working with no issues since. I would definitely recommend!

I'm happy to have access to real internet speeds. When their fiber service is working, it's great. You get the speeds you pay for. Unfortunately, the uptime isn't great. We have constant service disruptions. Most of the time it's short, but still irritating when you are working. It's pretty rare to get through a week without some down time. That being said; they are better than AT&T and Comcast (from what I hear).

In a day and age where internet reliability is crucial and acheivable (even for local ISPs), this is not something you get with their service. Multiple outages per day and abysmal speeds for a premium price.

Since Point Broadband purchased Vergennes Broadband, my internet service is abysmal - it's horrible. Because service is out or unpredictable, I typically call technical support 2 to 6 times a week, I need to reboot my router and POE at least 2 to 3 times a day, and am sometimes with internet service for days at a time. I WOULD NOT recommend this service to anyone. And, the upload and download speeds are VERY SLOW.

When you're the only show in town, you get away with horrible service. If we have a full day without interruptions, it's a miracle. Everything I call its always the same line. My router even though they supply said router and do nothing to fix. I love to support local but doing so should not be because I have to.

unreliable with absent customer service since Point took over and blames others for their inadequate service. Being the only show in town, they seem to not care about it either.

Finally we have faster internet. I might have to celebrate. This company has been about 90% great. The only blooper is that the install crew did not put the cable where I asked them to and I know that they were subs.The installer in our house was a Roth boy name Kyle and he was like lightning and helpful. Can't say enough good things about this group.
