Had to upgrade my phone for work. Decided to wait till after holiday. Luckily waited. I got a good deal. I spoke with Alex who told me their policies then was friendly & answered all my old lady questions. I happened to choose a day that I got service immediately. Very Satisfied!

Update: definitely a mix of nice staff but others just straight up rude and unhelpful. They will at least get you set up with a phone though. Definitely don't do their overpriced screen protectors they carry - those protectors barely last a week without getting a big crack and I paid shipping to get a replacement with no improvement in experience. ?♀️

Kyle provided some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. As an extremely knowledgeable member of the Verizon team, he simply broke down the information provided to new customers into a tidy, concise packet of info that was simple to understand. He took time out of his busy day to help me switch providers and was overall just a pleasant person to interact with.10/10, give Kyle a raise and if anyone needs help at this Verizon location, Kyle will help you to the best of his abilities.
