I bought a grill online that was shipped to the store a few days before I went in to grab it. I asked if it could possibly be set up for me and I didn't catch her name, but this nice woman at the front told me it was already set up. Which was awesome and I really appreciated the nice service at this store! Thank you! : )

Just got hung up on by the manager of the store all because he was not happy I wasn't going to come get 4 connectors when I need 12 all together...very disrespectful

The staff turned off the lights a few minutes before closing while I was still in the store. Let me tell you how likely it is that I will visit this location again. What a great way to make a customer feel unwelcome. Not to mention the fact that it's a safety hazard to walk through a hardware store in the dark. The staff has been friendly and helpful in other Ace stores, so I'm disappointed by how inconsiderate the Ludington employees were.

I needed an ignition key for my vehicle after a local auto repair shop broke the key and I found out at 5:05pm on a Friday night. The employee's assistance was so kind and fast. I strongly recommend checking at this store for any needs you have-during the 3 minutes it took to cut AND code my key, I looked around and this store has a lot to offer.

The worst Ace hardware I have ever been to. Least helpful employees ever. Over the last four years almost every single time I have been there the employees give me a hard time, seem bothered to give any advice and make it an unpleasant experience. Every single time. I would go anywhere else rather than go back and I like the Ace chain.

The gentleman fixed my fiance's wheelchair which broke unexpectedly while we were on vacation a few hours away from town and he fixed the caster wheel for free I only had to pay ¢26 for the screw... This is the second time that an Larson's Ace Hardware employee has done this for us, the second time was in South Carolina. I'd rate 11/5 if I could ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Always a great little place to shop. They have things some of the bigger box stores do not. Very friendly place to go for hardware.

While we often shop at their busy Hart location, the Ludington location needs a reboot. My father-in-law and I went in on a Saturday for some electrical parts and we had some questions - nothing crazy complex but guidance on switch and plug options for an old cottage. We were told there were no “experts” working today and to come back “during the week”. Huh? We work during the week and do our project work on the weekends. Ace isn’t open on Sundays so… We have Saturday to shop for our projects. We would expect that they have the necessary staff. Their solution? We were told to go to Lowe’s. While we strive to support local businesses whenever possible, we’ve never actually been told to go to the big box competition on a busy spring Saturday. That’s just nuts.Do better.
