“Was in search for a snow blower bearing. The employee took the time to measure with calipers my existing bearing and cross reference it to a bearing they had in stock. Its rare to find an auto parts store anymore with employees willing and capable to go the extra mile and do research with more than a computer search using part numbers The number on the bearing was specific to the manufacturer and without the skill and knowledge to physically measure the bearing I would not have been able to get my snowblower back together before the weekend. Also the bearing was an skf and over $20 dollars less than the made in China oem part.”

“My car started overheating an hour away from home. I was a nervous wreck. An employee came out and told me the issue. The manager, Donald, came right out and got the new overflow hose put back on for me and even fill my radiator and reservoir for me so I didn't have too. I had my daughter and 2 young grandsons with me. I haven't had an issue since I left. Thanks Donald ?”
“Showed up an hour before close no appointment and was able to get a new battery with installation (free). Very appreciative as removing the battery off of a ford escape is not an easy job. They also did the general checkup (free) and found some loose bolts and screws and tightened them up and filled my tires ?”
