They had a service worker call in. It took longer but they finished my Edge and other cars . Pleasant and explained progress on repairs on cars and truck.

Took our newish car in for oil change and tire rotation. Mechanic forgot to tighten the lug nuts on at least one wheel. About a mile down the road the car started to shake violently. Called them and had to wait for them to send a tow, then tighten the lugnuts. Didn’t have any problems after that, but that was enough to involve me not to go there again.Service: Tires

Just bought a car from these folks over the phone, long distance, sight unseen. They did everything to make it a pleasant no-hassle transaction, and when the inevitable hiccups arose from a long-distance arrangement, they stepped up to smooth things over and get things back on track. Oh yeah, they also undercut my local options by about two to three grand for the same year/make/model of equivalent mileage, options, and equipment, which is why I went through the bother of buying from them instead of a local dealer. Business manager Josh Greene in particular gets my vote of confidence.

We heard through a few friends there were some issues with the service department, but the location was covenient so we purchased a new fusion. Had the third oil change and tire rotation done today, and after driving away 1 block had a hard shake and wobble. Turns out they did not tighten the lug nuts on the rear passenger wheel, and two of them had already fallen out. Pulled into a parking lot and gave them a call, they showed up 10 minutes later, didn't say much just a mumble "sorry", refastened the wheel and left. Won't go there for service again.
