Been with cricket for 5 years and the customer service is always great . Nino is very patient and understanding and Ruben was also very helpful as well!

Cricket has excellent customer service, which I definitely appreciate. However, they have a less than spectacular selection of phones, and the deals to upgrade your old phone aren't near as good as most other providers. The monthly rates are excellent though, almost making up for the higher priced devices.
