Good spot for snacks and to replenish inventory of things that will be hard to find (like GF good bread, papaya sulfite free chunks, vegan marshmallows, melk chocante, etc.)

Completely rude staff, I went in with my service animal to check out the new store. And they were rude from the start even when I notified them he was my service dog. They followed me around the store my dog stayed right next to me the whole time. And once again they asked if he was a service Animal, I am not required to show his certification to anyone, but they asked and then said he isn't a real service animal. What a poor excuse for customer service. Store smelled absolutely gross and every single staff member was prude and awful with me the moment I went into the store. This is the only store in Ludington I will refuse to visit from now on definitely don't recommend checking out. I hope they stay as empty as they were when I checked out there store.

Usually health food stores are family friendly. Not this one. If you need to bring your children in, don't. Aside from their minimal product selection, it is not a small business worth supporting. My two year old was touching a few of the boxes on a sparse shelf directly in front of me as I read a few labels on supplements. We were greeted with an old woman who I honestly thought was having a fit, and the front desk girl was trying to calm her. No not the case. She was rudely exclaiming "can you not"... I didn't know if she was talking to me, having a stroke, what she was even talking about. That was their way of informing me that my two year old could not touch product. And that she could only touch their toys in their play area. After 10 minutes of already being there and her being carried. Never being greeted once or asked if we needed help.

Visiting the area and needed a supplement. They didn't have the exact one but had a great selection and was able to get a good runner up. Friendly staff. Had teas, essential oils, some produce, organic drinks and more. Good store.

Went in to get a vegan cookie fix. I got 2 cookies and some nugget things - they were all delicious. We accidentally got ice cream first and there is a no food sign on the door, but they didn't make us feel bad about it.

Older lady was so very helpful and kind! Younger gal with curly hair has some control issues and doesn't mind belittling or chastising if you do something she deems as wrong (like place an item or 2 on the counter for too long). Otherwise an awesome experience.
