Apparently, they close at 6:45 pm and not 7 pm because I walked in, and they said they were not taking any more clients with only one customer and two employees. It was very frustrating after I drove 11/2 hours to get there on time.

I walked up to the door to open it as I was going to walk in they locked the door. I know you guys want to get home but you shouldn’t close until it’s the time you’re actually supposed to. Been here before and my hair was so uneven and she didn’t even act like she wanted to be there or what she was doing also got sick after going there. I keep trying it cause some of the girls are super sweet and actually do their job. But overall VERY disappointing.

Terrible haircut. Nobody in this shop knows how to do a fade. The most common men’s haircut. I asked for a fade and came out looking like I’m going to bootcamp

I was given the worst haircut. Super uneven, way shorter than planned, and not stylish whatsoever. I cried. When I've asked questions during several different cuts in the past I was often met with shrugs. I hated to do it but I asked for my money back the last time. Management was VERY helpful - and I was super embarrassed!

Walk in time was fast. Went to the location between the Starbucks and spectrum. Very fast, but after getting home, realized that she missed several strands which were way longer than the rest. I cut them myself at home. Stylist was also clearly sick with something, but I understand , as I’ve come into work sick before, but now I’m coming down with something.

Do NOT go to any great clips, they've started this new program after covid where they teach students with no experience to cut hair for 3 months and then they send them on the floor to cut customers. With NO license of any sort. They don't tell the customer that the person cutting their hair is extremely new. I've seen a student take 2 hours on ONE MALE cut. So unprofessional. The teacher for the program has students do kahoots, quizlets, gimkit(games like those) majority of the class, she has very slight teaching skills as she's new aswell! Isnt that great. All in all do not get your hair cut from any great clip's location in michigan.

3rd time of going and when I ask to have my hair the way I like it, its argued… anyways rushed haircut, that isn’t the way I like it.

Aside from the fact that im not sure she knew the basics i came right when they opened and the counter at the station was covered with hair. So was the towel. She looked at my picture, seemed confident she knew what i wanted and then didnt say another word. She cut it way off from the picture and tried gaslighting me that thats what the hair cut looks like.
