Got too close to my mailbox and damaged the side of my car. Great Lakes Ford collision did a spectacular job repainting and repairing it in a timely matter and even furnished us with a loaner car. Very reasonable prices as well. Very happy with the results.Service: Body & Trim

A few months ago I had hit a deer with my Escape. Luckily it could still be driven so I immediately brought it to Great Lakes Ford Collision. It didn't take them long to get my vehicle back to the way it looked when I bought it. I have had several vehicles repaired/painted at Great Lakes Ford Collision. On most occasions I have had to point out imperfections, overspray, runs etc. The certificate they give you to guarantee their work is a complete joke. Less than a year after I had auto body and paint work done, the paint on my rear hatch door had rubbed off on the rear bumper because they didn't install the hatch correctly. Think they would honor their warranty...nope. I now go to a different auto body shop in the area and have had much better service and quality workmanship. Take your work elsewhere if you want quality work that lasts.
