Went in for some electrical supplies and they had just what I needed. Even found some deals on items due to the holiday season. No wait at checkout and the cashier was extremely friendly and helpful.

I ordered cabinets through the Ludington, MI home depot to be sent to Hart, MI. Those cabinets were sent to Houston, TX because of my billing address despite confirming the delivery address NUMEROUS times. I'm having a lot of difficulty getting anyone in the store to help rectify this situation. I feel like I'm being given the run around as I've been transferred to several people who tell me they will call me back with an update, but never do. This situation is still not rectified after severally days and the cabinets were ordered over a month ago. This is in addition to 2 cabinets I ordered and paid for being no longer in stock and no longer being produced. My entire project is now at a stand still while I wait for someone to find out how to get the cabinets I paid for to me.

Home Depot in Ludddington MI.Pretty average Home Depot. Friendly staff but not enough of them. Prices are fine if you know what you're looking for.

My husband and I moved to the area in 2021 and immediately began renovations on our new home. So far we've done a complete remodel in the kitchen, built an additional bathroom, finished a walkout basement with second kitchen, replaced flooring, and had a garage built. And the Ludington Home Depot store has been a tremendous help along the way by providing materials, advice, and qualified installers to get the job done.First and foremost, their store employees are the absolute best! It's rare these days to experience such a consistently high level of custom service. But we've encountered nothing but friendly, knowledgeable people who seem genuinely happy to help in any way possible.In particular, Paul in kitchens, and Shirley in flooring were such a pleasure to work with, and their knowledge and advice made our projects almost effortless.We are equally as pleased with the handful of contractors and installers that we've hired through Home Depot. They have all been dependable, professional, and did really great work.Home renovations are never fun but it sure makes it a lot less stressful with the Ludington Home Depot team in your corner. Thank you to all!!

The late afternoon/evening customer service on 3/8/23 needs work. I was waiting for assistance to pay for a quart of paint. The clerk, was waiting on a gentleman and asked him to step to the the south side of the counter. While I stood by the register (west side) for assistance, the clerk helped this man for several minutes. The man, noticing I was waiting to for pay for an item, asked her if she wanted to help me and she waved her hand, as though dismissing me, and said "no".I do not mind waiting behind others in line and being assisted when my turn is due. This clerk had the wherewithal of my presence but never addressed and waved me off I consider to be disrespectful and rude. She could have said, "I'll be with you in a minute" or "if you're in a hurry there are self-checkouts". Nothing was said. I was not acknowledged but literally dismissed by a wave of a hand from your Customer Service Clerk.In addition, when I walked in, there was a group of employees standing by the entrance. Not one person acknowledged me walking in. Where is your customer service??From now on I will shop at Lowe's. I'm disappointed in your employees. Rather than contacting me, I suggest you invest your time in employee training.
