I've been trying, to get a replacement for my incorrectly installed storm door, since May. First installers installed the door with wrong side out. (You literally have to run outdoors to shut the window when it rains.) lowes Install support number is useless. My new door is at the store, but I cannot pick it up The installers were supposed to pick it up, but I can't get an installer. Lowes uses an outside entity called UHS contracting, but you can't reach anyone there either. I am BEYOND frustration at this point. I am stuck with a door that was installed incorrectly, and not one person at Lowes cares or will help me rectify the situation. Am so disappointed. I will never ever shop at Lowes again...
UPDATE: After a total of 20+ phone calls and 6.5 hours on hold, multiple 'no show' install appointments, a fellow came yesterday and installed my new door correctly... In 20 minutes. WHY this couldn't have happened months ago, is truly beyond me.:0(

Ludington, Michigan Lowes was great! Needed some plywood cut for a project, Thomas was very kind and made more than the allowed cuts, saving us so much time. Thank you for going above and beyond. Also had 3 other associates ask us if we needed assistance. Great job team!

Trying to cash out but got to wait so they can sign people up for a credit card. Then they have fencing online for one price but when you come to the store they want more.. then they won't match their own price. But guess what. Home Depot done a price match with there on line price. So it looks like it's home Depot from now on.

If I could I would give this place a negative rating. Waited for 25min to get help. When it did come three people could not figure out one simple washing machine that I was looking to purchase. Was told didn't have any. Second person said had two and the third person never came back!!! Absolutely shitty customer service. Then told hold on again so by this time I was done and gave up due to the crappy customer service.walked out!!!!

Employees are usually rude and unknowledgeable. Takes a very long time to check out and employees only want to discuss rewards for 25 minutes.

Lowes is huge! I'm usually able to find what I need and have only had a problem with one of the older, dark-haired ladies in customer service.
