Beware of their return policy. I recieved a gift that I had no receipt for that I tried to return and they works not even offer me a store credit which is what I was expecting. Their return policy is bull.

I came here to say WOW! FIVE STARS! Being in customer service myself, I am hugely impressed with Lowes! Getting ready to open a store, found some doors we want to purchase on their website. We ended up visiting the Ludington location, we were explained to about the PRO CARD with every detail possible about the benefits. 24 hours later, I went and signed up, with plans of making a paint and accessories purchase. Knowing nothing about paint, except the list I had with me of what I was to purchase. SIMON walked with me through the paint section, after opening and educating me about the PRO CARD once again. He literally found everything and more that I needed to purchase. I was highly impressed and left with the WOW factor of his ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ excellent customer service. After receiving a follow up phone call this morning from JP, I had to come here and share my experience!!! Running across good customer service these days, in my opinion is extremely rare. I just want to give this store, and these guys a huge shoutout! I will definitely be bragging and encouraging anyone I know, to make purchases at Lowe’s! Today we will be ordering our lumber from them. I look forward to working with them over the next few months with this project! Thank you if you read this far! You won’t be disappointed on your visit. Oh, and the cashier definitely deserves a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ review of her friendliness and efficiency upon checkout! Again, good customer service is rare! These guys rocked!

So disappointed at the direction this Lowe’s is headed. Their customer server used to be superb. Now they NEVER have checkout lanes open, it’s either self checkout or go to the other end of the store. As a contractor I’ll only go here if I absolutely have to because Home Depot right down the road and much better service there.

Darran was so sweet to help my friend and his step dad load the new toilet they bought. He is definitely a great customer service worker and deserves to be recognized. When I seen him in the store, he was stocking shelves, then to be outside at just the right time. Kudos Darran, thank you very much!

Sadly. After shopping here for years since updating my home from 2021 till now, I will not set foot in this store ever again. I purchased Mohawk flooring, spill proof and water proof. I had it professionally installed. Within a few weeks the seems started bubbling and lifting. After a few months, there were more issues. Now. My floors need to be replaced. There is lifting and bubbling throughout my house. I’m single, no kids, travel often for work so there is very little traffic. I filed a claim thru the warranty with Mohawk. I dealt with Justin Case in the flooring department who submitted my claim. He asked how I cleaned the floors after submitting the claim. I explained thru email that I followed the directions on the box with using a damp cloth and a Swiffer handle to push the cloth thru my home to clean it. I also explained that since there is very little traffic I had only cleaned my floor a couple times in the few weeks that problems started happening. He told Mohawk that I used a Swiffer and Mohawk denied the claim. The claim was not filled out correctly. Also. Mohawk customer was beyond rude, and told me a Swiffer was not supported by their warranty. I explained I used the handle to push the cloth and only used dry Swiffer for dust. She rudely told me “then go call Lowes. It’s their problem, not mine!” Very rude customer service. Mohawk tells me I need to go through Lowes and Lowes is telling me I have to go to Mohawk. Justin in flooring is no longer responding to emails and the store manger had one conversation with me where he told me it was Mohawks responsibility, which it is not because Justin did not fill out the claim correctly in explaining how the floors were cleaned. I spent $5000 on new floors for my home and they didn’t last more then a couple weeks. Now, months later, they need to be fully replaced. The customer service is terrible, they refuse to honor their warranty, and now they are ignoring the issue. Very disappointed. I have enjoyed shopping here and have spent several thousand with them. I am pursuing the flooring issue but will not ever ship here again.

We were up at our cabin in Ruby Creek to stain our deck. We had had the stain matched and mixed at the Muskegon Lowe's (where we live). When we opened the can, it was obviously the wrong color(mustard yellow).I called the Ludington Lowe's and spoke with Jacob in the paint department. He was very apologetic and offered to make it right for us. He went above and beyond for us and solved our problem. Lowe's is very lucky to have such an outstanding employee.
