We rented a storage unit for my mother in law. Being 2 hours away, Chad was great from the initial contact of setting us up with one, all the way until we cleaned it out. Customer service is phenomenal. Always a call back same day if he didn’t answer and never had any issues with the facility itself. Would definitely recommend them!

Easy move in and out. Somebody was always available when we had questions or needed help. Unit was clean. If we ever need extra storage again, we will definitely be returning!

Very clean storage unit. No hassle getting a storage signing up or even paying for the storage. Price is very reasonable. Would rent again if I ever had to. Still have one right now. Waiting for my name to come up on waiting list for an apartment. Here in Ludington Mi. ?.

No gate, open access to public, behing several buildings, dark, no cameras even though their website says 24/7 surveillence. Very insecure. We got broken into the first week and lost about half our things, and more was vandalized
