Would not recommend this credit union to anyone. I have an account there now about to close it because the customer service is not good. Card constantly gets shut off on Sundays. Can't use it till noon. Tried to do mobile deposit. They say the first time after rejecting my check. I have to check the box. Check the box on my check. Try to deposit again, check in the box and now you have to write in that it's a mobile deposit so the box makes no sense. I would strongly recommend not using safe harbor. Worse decision I ever made was having an account there

The tellers are amazingly kind but this bank clearly lacks any type of integrity and is seriously lacking in security. I've had my account hacked 3 times in 2 & 1/2 years and the second time when Microsoft got hacked and I went in one of there employees told me it had happened to hundreds of their customers. Why would they not call all of the customers then and make them aware, I never got a phone call and when I went to dispute they said since it had been over a month they couldn't do anything and I had to try to get back all my money myself which never happened. I could understand having to change my card one time, but 3 times I'm 2 & 1/2 years is ridiculous, most of the people are very nice but they clearly are a mom and pop operation that cannot protect anyone's money or do the right thing if they get hacked. I'm changing backs and encouraging everyone I know that banks their to do the same, shameful.
