The location cannot be beat, in town and close to many things. I look forward to picking up and dropping off and spending time sorting and organizing where it is not hot, nor cold. Looking out the windows up Washington to the bridge. Can count on the owner to go above and beyond.”

“Update: The company reached out to me with an explanation and resolved some of the issues. I've changed my rating and withdrew some of my review with respect to the consideration given to me. It's nice to know that there are companies still around that listen to the customer's voice.The units are clean, secure with no leaks, NO MICE, and cameras are in place to monitor for storage safety._______________________________Brianna is amazing. However, my unit was $80 a month, and starting in February, it will be $108.You would think that they would give customers a discount that have been with them for years and have never missed a payment.I'm moving all my stuff out of National Storage and finding another storage company.”

On a very short notice they were willing to work with us to save us the new rental fees and an additional trip down from Traverse city area.I HIGHLY recommend them. In answer to something getting stolen out of your unit. that is not the owners, that is someone with a key to your unit.”

“Highly recommend! Check in was very easy online. The auto pay program made everything easier. The facility is clean, easy to access, and well-lit. We had no worries about the safety of our belongings. Ryan was a pleasure to speak to when it was time to check out. He was very kind and personable and made checking out so easy. Almost sad that we don’t need the unit at this time, but if/when we have storage needs again, we will be back to Maple Leaf!”
