This Ludington Shell station is the worst, most run down and filthy Shell I've ever been in, and we travel 40 states and use exclusively Shell. The parking lots are dirty, oil and gas spilled frequently that you have to step in. The store is filthy, the music playing inside is usually vulgar with profanity. The gas pumps all have ongoing problems, they often don't read the credit cards, don't credit your rewards, and don't print receipts. The attendants inside are of zero help and often say user error is the culprit. I've been fueling here for over 20 years and this station is a complete disgrace in every level. We fuel a fleet of business vans, and our personal vehicles and are disappointed we had to make the decision to never use this shell ever again after twice in one month, a malfunction in the pump charged our credit card at the pump for the premium gas price, which we didn't select. I continue to work diligently with shell corporate to see that this location is thoroughly inspected by upper management, and audited in a timely manner.

The worker was great!! but the diesel pump took an hour to pump 50 gallons and that was really frustrating

Just went into shell and I didn't get her name but the cashier working sat Jan 18th at 9am was wonderful... some of the best customer service I have experienced in a long time.. so friendly and personable.. great way to start my day!!

Displayed price on sign out front on Sept 11 showing $3.29 while Google Maps shows $2.88 -- all the competiton displaying high $2's.

Rude management. Refused to open second register and help her employee while she slowly and tediously stocked and faced booze bottles. Employee nicely asked boss for a hand ringing ppl up and she shrugged him off, very very unprofessionally glared at a customer for pointing out that there were 5 people in line and it being the busiest time of the day. I'll be taking my money somewhere else and ? praying? for that poor employee.
