There have been occasions where I needed a package earlier in the day, so they will keep it aside (not put it on the truck), and I go there to pick it up that morning instead. Saved an event we were hosting because the shipper didn't pay attention to how long it would take to get to me. Ludington UPS had the box waiting for me and I grabbed it and left town right away!”
