was in the store today for service. lady very unprofessional. told her i was sorry and she ignored me. wife asked for a note to right on lady had a uncalled response. all she cared about was selling us mobile phones.

HORRIBLE horrible HORRIBLE. I paid $150 plus tax for a cell phone from this company and after 3 years, they deleted my account and said i never paid for it

Prior to retirement I ran 24 retail locations across 2 states and I know what it takes to hire and employ great managers. Managers who take care of their employees have employees that take great care of their customers. Yesterday we went to this location to have two separate Spectrum accounts merged. We encountered 3-4 employees helping customers, multiple people in line waiting and one person, wearing a Spectrum shirt and badge, sitting at a high top table working on her laptop and ignoring the chaos of just how busy the place was. We chose to leave and come back later. On our return, we encountered the same workers but they were a lot less busy. Michelle called us up and we explained what we needed. She said she had never done anything like that and her and the person who was sitting at the high top table now eating and working on her laptop discussed it and there was a plan in place to try to help us. Michelle, who was absolutely wonderful had a very hard time figuring out how to help us. As she grew more and more flustered and continued to apologize, trying different things, the person sitting and doing nothing never got up to help. At one point, when Michelle asked her a question, she sternly replied, âI canât get into that, I have a meeting in 9 minutes.â I am guessing that the lady sitting watching her employee struggle for almost an entire hour is the store manager. It was actually uncomfortable watching this all take place. She ignored the situation. Her laptop was obviously more important than helping Michelle and getting us out of there. Well, she finally got up, walked up to Michelle and showed her one thing and bingo, our issue was corrected. Why didnât she help earlier instead of watching her struggle and making us wait for an entire hour? An apology from her or maybe even a smile and an acknowledgement of the situation would have been nice. I will add that while Michelle was struggling the employee next to her was also having an issue that she couldnât figure out. If the manger is not going to help her employees, she should sit in a back room so no one can watch her and wonder⊠WHY ISNT SHE HELPING? Thank you to Michelle, who I suspect wonât stay there long because I am sure she can find someplace where she is treated better, was amazing. I would be lucky as a business to have her as an employee. But if Darcy, yes I looked at her badge, is your manager, she needs some training. I will drop Spectrum before I step back in the location and witness that management style.

I had a very bad experience with this location after I was contacted by Megan about a piece of equipment was returned; new in its box. She and the store manager were rude and unprofessional and told me if I did not pick up the piece of equipment they were going to throw it in the trash. I contacted the head officeâŠ

Unreliable Internet goes down every other week for no reason and takes them a long time to restore service and when it does go down they don't like to credit your account for services lost which is a scam and sounds like theft to me steer clear from this company unless you like Internet that doesn't work I've dealt with the same problems the entire time I've had them and customer service is useless so you won't get anything but a headache from this service.

I want you to know everyone who works at the Ludington store are the best professional people in town always polite and friendly with a smile on there faces..even if I'm the one who comes in a million times to have a problem on my phone fixed. Never have they ever been rude. And I have seen customers be down right mean to them they stay polite l wish I could kick there butt out for being rude but I'm just the customer. And I'm 65 so a fight won't be so good either. But you did a good job hiring everyone at the Ludington store thank you very much.... Sincerely a happy customer Penny Cash

I have 3 services from spectrum. I usually like it. Even the cell service. I am truly disappointed that I am not able to change my mobile due date. (I can other services)I am on a fixed income and can't afford to pay ahead of time.
This is not exactly for this store in particular, but with Spectrum in all.
