Kevin at the Ludington store was awesome! I transferred my phone number from Visible to Spectrum, and Visible was being a little bit difficult releasing the actual number. Kevin worked for multiple hours with Visible's chat option (only thing they offer - ugh!), and Spectrum support to finally get my number transferred! Thank goodness!! His patience was amazing, and his willingness to keep working until he got the issue solved was wonderful! Highly, highly recommend this store! My husband worked with Megan who was also wonderful at transferring his number from Verizon to Spectrum.

I would like to give Megan Long a glowing 5-star review for her outstanding assistance in helping us switch our family plan to Spectrum last Friday, July 7th, 2023. My husband took charge of this frustrating task, and we all joined forces to make it easier for him. Megan was incredibly helpful, providing clear instructions on the necessary PINs, numbers, and other requirements to complete the switch seamlessly.However, things took a turn for the worse when my husband, plagued by both frustration and an upset stomach, struggled to recall the PIN and endured a long hold with our current carrier, venting his frustration rather loudly. To my surprise, amidst the chaos, I heard Megan's laughter. It turned out that my husband had engaged in some less-than-friendly conversations, expressing his discontent with the customer service agents of our previous carrier, who had hung up on him after keeping him on hold for a considerable time.In that moment, Megan swiftly took control of the situation with grace and composure. She promptly contacted our previous carrier, addressing all the necessary requirements and ensuring a speedy and well-organized resolution. Her calm and collected demeanor was truly commendable.Great job, Megan! You are an absolute goddess of customer service. Spectrum, please recognize Megan's exceptional performance and consider rewarding her with a well-deserved raise. Thank you for your invaluable assistance throughout this process.

I went to the spectrum store July 1. I talk to the person by the name of Nick he was wonderful explained every detail. Regarding the billing and how things work. We were changing from basic TV to Wi-Fi and streaming. I’ve never streamed before. I can’t believe how much money I will be saving by going just with the Wi-Fi in streaming. Thank you Nick you’re wonderful. And I encourage anybody that goes there ask for Nick. Thanks again Nick!!

Went to the store to replace another broke cable box was given. Was given a broken box for a broken cable box. Stand there 10 minutes not realizing there was a sign in. Not one customer service employee said anything. Making me the 7th in line. Haven't had cable since October but still paying for it. Horrible business worse employees.

My rate of 50 just went to 65. This was because I'm not there 6 months a year... no notice, email or call. Just pay more now and deal with it, or call in every 6 months like your Comcast and negotiate a new rate?I'm moving to starlink.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE !!!!The people quote you a price then up it $50. Called to reduce my bill from $140 had to pick 10 channels…. Get new boxes and monthly charge is suppose to be $90. Got my bill and it starts at $90 but now I rent a box and pay a number of fees and it’s right back at $140.
