I wasn't to happy today. I have been in the store every week for the last three weeks. I told them that they were out of gray and red spray paint for my Massey Ferguson tractor, every time I came in. Now today I was told the only way I can get it is to have it ordered on my name as a rain check. I am redoing my tractor now, not in the summer. I don't think that is the way to have inventory. So if I need parts will I have to order them 3 weeks in advance. I have bought a lot of stuff from Tractor Supply. Also when I bought my side by side I was never told about the neighborhood club. It was a long time after that, when my nephew told me about it. I was not very happy about that. But I still go there. But this one really pissed me off, I need the paint now. I don't know what else to do now. I have to have my tractor out of the garage by the first of the year. So I don't think it will be painted and put back together by that time now. Regrets, Dennis

Went in yesterday the 10th and there were people standing around doing nothing while there was a huge line and only one guy checking us out. I think his name was William. He was nice and easy going it was so hard to watch as he called for help and they didn’t do anything. Horrible service from them. William was the only one I feel bad for.

I was coerced by a cashier to sign up for a Tractor Supply card and he swore up and down after I had asked him three different times to make sure it wasn’t going to hit my credit that it was not a credit card. He assured me several times that it was not a credit card and that it would not ding my credit. So at the end of the interaction, he told me what my Credit limit was and of course I checked my Experian account and it was indeed a credit card. I was able to call the same day to cancel it, but I was furious! I was so excited about shopping at tractor supply for my pet supplies but after this interaction, I have not been back. it appears management told him that it was not a credit card and he was misinformed. Regardless, it was a terrible interaction and I will not be going back.

Worst TSC Customer Service I have to deal with. (I try to be positive before arriving and tell myself this trip will be better than the last, although it doesn’t happen)
Maybe try appreciate your customers that you still have versus your past employees that no longer work here.
Every 3 weeks I come in this store for 150 pounds of dogs food and it seems as soon as I’m seen everyone freezes or scatters, instead of being helpful.
Only positive moment about this trip was the greeting from the District Manager, at least I don’t think he was being sarcastic.

They have supplies. Maybe not a ton of tractor supplies, but they have a great inventory and they carry the pellets I need for grilling at a great price. Staff are nice.

John in Ludington store was a huge help today; quite a salesman too! I came in for 2 bags of.pellets & jerky for the dogs. I left with 2 bags of pellets, dog jerky, chicken treats & a dog toy! John sold, toted & loaded it all. Thank you John, you made my errands a breeze.

Found a mower for my dad for Fathers Day. Showed as available, so I contacted the store and had them send receipt invoice for mower and scheduled a pick up for Friday(6,234.99). Drive all the way to the Ludington location to be told they messed up and don’t have the mower. Completely ruined my Fathers Day and wasted a days worth of time and money driving for nothing. Very unorganized, said I would be getting a call and still have not received one. I felt blown off and treated as if I didn’t matter in the least. Worst experience trying to spend money in my life.

Love ❤️ this place especially for propane so much cheaper getting your tanks filled by them. We have a Fifth Wheel that has two tanks and it saves us money to fill up big time. Oh and the baby chickens ? and ducks ?are so darn cute.
