When I walked in, I was greeted right away and asked what is it that they could help me with. Everything was taken care of in about 5 minutes. Each person who walked by me acknowledged me. The atmosphere was polite and friendly.

I would strongly recommend you update your Ludington, MI UPS Center to be able to accommodate the latest shipping format called QR Codes!! I mean, after all, doesn’t Amazon do lots and lots of returns requiring a QR Code be scanned!?? Thank you, Shirley

My third visit is my last. A staff person with an unfriendly attitude told me they don't take QR codes. She told me I could drive home, print out labels and return. The year is 1990 at that location.

Never had a problem with the pickup location here the customer care center staff is super nice, there's a lady that works there that's always very friendly and helpful.

I ordered flies for feeding an exotic pet and my box was left laying on a wet surface with the side the says “This Side Up” face down. There was no knock or attempt of contact even though the packaging said “Hey! Insects & Live Plants in here Keep Box Upright Or You Will ******* Us”. The bugs were cold and the contents was shaken and smashed.

This place is a joke. How about you get normal business hours so people don't have to stand in a line, outside, in a blizzard. Ridiculous! And while your at it, a bigger drop box would be nice.

Lazy, ignorant, and over paid. They don't like to deliver to my house, so they "lose" my packages. Happened 3 times now. Fedex can figure it out.

Inadequately staffed who are not properly trained to provide information to their customers regarding Amazon returns. I was told too bad too sad by the woman at the counter because she mislabeled my Amazon return.

UPS HAS THE WORST DRIVERS AND REPUTATION OF ANY LOCAL DELIVERY SERVICE! DO NOT USE THEM. THEY ARE NONCOMPLIANT, CONDESCENDING AND NEVER LEAVE A PKG WHERE THEY'RE SUPPOSED TO. MAYBE THEY NEED A DRUG TEST. ITS HORRIBLE. DO NOT USE THEM. ALSO, THEY ARE EXTREMELY RUDE.

Drivers can't seem to drop packages off at the correct addres! Today makes the 3 screw up in under 2 weeks. Luckily I have honest neighbors I guess ?

Lazy employees refuse to print shipping labels. Store is open for only 3 hours and they make sure not to work too hard in this time. Go someplace else if you can help it
