Unbelievable. That is not rust in the men's room on the stalls. A customer decided to wipe their feces all over both stalls, inside and out. You can tell that the employees tried to clean it, but gave up pretty quickly. BP needs to close those bathrooms and get a hazmat cleaning crew in there before people get really sick. I've never seen anything like this before.

I have NEVER been so DISRESPECTED at this BP GAS STATION as I have tonight. I myself am in customer service for over 20 years and manage stores. For 1 she never looked up at me while cashing me out, bc whatever was on her phone was way more important than the customers. 2 she cashed in my winnings only to try arguing with me, only to find out that I was indeed right about being shorted by alot. 3 having my children being yelled at by an employee. I don't even want to give ANY STARS, AND I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN AND I WILL SHARE MY STORY. NEVER IN MY LIFE

The appearance of how clean the pumps are will attract more customers, when I went today the pumps were nasty and and dirty. The buttons in the key pad were caked with dirt.

They're never open? What kind of gas station "opens" at 5 am and then has the doors locked from 6:45 until well past 7 EVERY MORNING. If you don't want to deal with the rush of people trying to go to work, then change your shift. Only putting 1 star because putting no stars isn't an option.

I've been coming here for the last three years going on four. I have had a wonderful experience every time I have came here! Every worker I have met has been really nice, respectful, and easy to talk to. It seems they go through employees often though which makes me question the owners even tho I have never met them..and as far as keeping up with the snow removal well this winter it's been pretty rough (can't remember last years) especially driving up/down the hill entrance and usually icy when walking from pumps up to the door, but other than that this is a nice clean gas station. Also glad they provide alcohol now especially during summer time & being real close to the lakes!

Don't Shop Here!!! WARNING!!! Stoped here for refreshments/gas. We had family in different car's with kid's. At about 5:10pm we noticed a woman standing right in front chugging a fifth of vodka like soda ? Finding that completely unacceptable, went in asking for an employee/manager. Had a male employee respond, informed him about it. Oh, I will get a different employee right on it.. Needless to say NOBODY addressed it. We all left and went somewhere else. I think having a clearly intoxicated person chugging a fifth outside in front of bags of ice storage really bad for business. How this was acceptable at all? Especially when PD is right up the road.

Worked there a year ago, they didn't pay me for almost 4 weeks, went back to work there again, met the owners, told them about the situation, they said it was old owners, come to find out, it's the same people, and they are trying to not pay me again. I have filed a labor wage claim against them. It's not a lot of money but hopefully it'll stop them from doing this to people in the future!

Always 20 or 30¢ more per gallon than any other station near by. There is an obscene amount of garbage on the property!
