Professional! Helpful! Outstanding!! Documents wouldn't send via email, Amy personally took the documents to the apartment community, just so we could get the approval and be able to move! It is refreshing to know there are still good people in this world, who for no reason other than to be kind, still do things for others!

Bank manager is very friendly and helpful here and the bank itself seems to offer fairly solid service too, nothing that exceeds expectations necessarily, but it doesn't fall short of them either.

Horrible bank. Workers were condescending and rude. My mother passed away almost 2 weeks ago. Her medicare was direct deposited on to a Comerica Debit card from October. She had a balance of one month's Medicare deposit. I had already called SSA to let them know she was deceased and to stop Medicare payments. I went there to withdraw the October Medicare deposit from her Medicare SSA card. I spent 45 minutes on hold with the SSA and they told me I would have to work it out with DirectPay (Debit Card) and the cards securer (Comerica) I called DirectPay and they said they could only close the account and the remaining funds would go back SSA. He suggested going to Comerica. At this Comerica branch they never offered any condolences for my mother and made me feel like I was trying to steal the money that was left on the card. I have power of attorney, death certificate and all other documentation needed but they wouldn't even look at it and just told me I could use the ATM. When I explained that it was impossible to retrieve the full amount with an ATM they just looked at me puzzled. Way to take advantage of people in mourning by stealing the remainder that could not ever be retrieved by an ATM. And to make us have to wait for the SSA to retrieve the funds through some government bureacracy. It was my mom's money, we are her legal beneficiaries, and we need it to help cover funeral costs. Thanks a lot! I will NEVER use a Comerica bank for the rest of my life. Their ATM, of course, was broken.
