We unexpectedly blew a tire on our camper driving up north. After putting the spare on and finding the closest Discount Tire, the New Hudson location was SO great! They met us at the door and immediately started getting to work on our tires. In about 30 minutes we were back on the road for our vacation with two new tires! Excellent, QUICK customer service!

Was promised to have tires shipped today and only one came in. Waiting for the others and not an exact date on when they will come in. Customer service is fine but communication within company is not great.

Called Belle tire at 4:30 on a Saturday with an emergency tire situation and they would not service us and didn’t even ask what size tire we had. Called discount and they stayed an hour after work just to get it repaired for us so we can get back on the road. I was a lifer with Belle, but they just flipped me. Hunter was awesome.

I scheduled an appointment today. Had them put it on two new ORV tires and balance and rotate the ones in the back. They were super timely. Had it done within 15 minutes and only charged me 40 bucks for everything. They were also very friendly and listen to what I was telling them

Always waiting…..& waiting, & waiting. Here for air in the same two tires again. Although new, I’m here twice a week to put air in them. I guess I’m just dismissed because I’m a female, but I know I shouldn’t have to put air in my tires twice a week. Not to mention I’ve been dealing with discount tire for 15 years. One would think they would check my rims or the tires but I’m told wait till it time to rotate.so disappointing Discount!

My wife set an appointment. They call her and tell her to come in sooner (was to have a tire replaced) they made her feel unwelcome and uncomfortable making comments about how bad of shape our vehicle is in. And saying we have to get new lug nuts and making comments about how her husband should have done those.
Mind you I would have if I had the time and if it wasn’t an emergency tire replacement situation.
I’m beyond pissed and my wife wants to roll up and cry bc she’s embarrassed and they would never say such things if it was a man in there. I took my busted jeep in there and guess what no comments when I was in there weeks ago. I been a believer in discount tire for years but man y’all falling off now wonder y’all wasn’t busy and moved her time ahead a whole day.

I've always had great service at this store and they've always gone out of their way to help me. My tires have been very bad for a while now and I just haven't been able to afford replacements. I finally needed to get 1 tire replaced and could barely afford the 1 tire at the time so after talking with me about my situation they decided they couldn't let me leave with my front tires as bad as they were and ended up putting on 2 used tires on my fronts completely free of charge to help until I could afford the other 2 tires. Absolutely amazing customer service and will always recommend this store to others

Steve at the New Hudson Discount tire is awesome! The location is clean, easy to access from the ring road, not too busy compared to others, very friendly and service oriented. And Steve took great care of my tire repair that Belle Tire said they couldn't fix. 100% will be going back to this store next time. 5 STARS

Bought brand new tires for my Trail Boss.
Super friendly and knowledgeable staff.
Was in and out in a very timely fashion and they cleaned the tires up too. 10/10 service, very clean building and overall no complaints.
This place makes the tire buying process simple and easy.
