We purchased a can of paint. We went home, opened it and realized it wasn’t the color we ordered. We then looked at the lid and saw it wasn’t anywhere near what we ordered.I returned to can to the store. I was told that since it was opened they couldn’t give us our money back or give us what we did order.They did offer us a sample of what we ordered.$75 for a can of paint. He couldn’t even find the name to match the number on the can.I know that it’s hard to find good help these days. I guess we pay for their incompetent help and lack of caring.Moral of the story. Be sure to check everything before you leave the store. You don’t really know what you’re getting. You don’t really know who mixed it and how competent they are.

Sherwin-Williams makes excellent quality paint and frequently offers sales on their paint and painting supplies. If you register as a member, they save all of the information about the paint you've previously purchased in their computer system in case you need to reference.The employees in New Hudson store have always been very kind and helpful. During this particular shopping trip, a female employee on Halloween was able to immediately locate the perfect colors for my child's bedroom. I even tried to compare other shades before committing to the purchase, but she was right!

I normally get excellent service at this location. But today was an exception. The guy was short and didn't explain things very well. You have certain associates that will do certain discounts and others that don't. They are not consistent. Most of the time they are very nice but today was not a good day for them. As someone who's been in and out of there numerous times in the last 30 days I would have expected better service today.

Sales associate saved me time and money. Per recommendation used agreeable gray and Urbane bronze in the master closet and stairwell and it looks amazing ! paint went on smooth as butter

Said my order was filled, got there to pick it up and it was not fulfilled properly. I ordered online specifically for a 5 gallon bucket. Like most of us, I am using a sprayer for a big job and do not use 1 gallon buckets. I got there and they gave me 5 individual gallon buckets because they didn't carry the paint in 5 gallon. Bull....it did not match my online order but I had to use it that day. I would not have ordered it if they could not fulfill it properly. They could have at least given me a call when I placed the order. Don't order online, you may not get what your confirmation tells you.
