Absolutely fantastic service! Jen seems to know things about these devices even the apple store couldn't figure out! Transparent pricing and never trying to oversell. The crew was friendly and helpful and the store was neat and clean. I will continue to do all of my tmobile business at this location, there's many others around but none so honest and helpful!

Jen, Tas and Mish were beyond helpful and kind especially with recommendations and upgrade options. The store was in impeccable condition! So clean and inviting! This is the only T-Mobile store I go to and this time was especially great! Great team and customer service!

Took forever to simply add my number to a business account. Nearly 2 hours. Said they had a phone in stock then magically didn't and was going to have to mail it to me. Worst of all he added an extra number and made a sim card for a phone I didn't get. Terrible waste of time.

I was lied to the entire time, first I was told they had the phone in stock, then after 40 minutes of switching my service they told me they did not have the phone, I said that would not work that I needed the phone for the weekend and I can just go to bestbuy to get it and both sales reps told me not to worry they are having the phone over nighted and I would get it the very next day, later that night I find out that was a lie, it won't even be shipped out for a few days and I won't receive it until a couple days after that, they simply don't have any respect for their customers. I should have just went to bestbuy where they are more professionally trained and customer friendly

Employee was so lazy. I came in to cancel my home internet and he basically told me it would be too much work to have them cancel it at this store, and i should just go to the one i signed up at or call their cancellation number. I called the cancellation line and they said to go back into any store… Thanks for wasting my time when you were literally too busy doing nothing to assist.

It took 2 hours to have a pair of sim cards replaced. We ultimately chose to ho to the T movle at the mall, rather than keep waiting.

I tell you what, I have been through the ringer ever since Sprint and T-Mobile merged. I have a business account and not a lot of stores can help me. David managed to work together with customer service and get me out the door with my phone working. Thanks so much for taking the extra step to make sure I left with a working phone!

They didn't know anything about the phones they were selling. The guy said they are not trained on anything.
