I recently had the pleasure of working with Melanie while purchasing accessories for a trailer I had just bought, and I can’t express enough how helpful she was throughout the entire process. As someone with no prior knowledge about car trailers, I felt a bit overwhelmed when I walked into the store. However, Melanie’s patience and expertise made all the difference.
From the moment I approached her, she took the time to listen to my needs and understand the specifics of my trailer. She walked me through various accessories, ensuring I understood the purpose of each item and how it would benefit me. Melanie didn’t just rush me to make a purchase; instead, she carefully explained the features and compatibility of each accessory, which helped me feel more confident in my choices.

So I love this place. Staff is great!!! Very helpful. Today I needed a crate for a new puppy I will be getting in a few weeks. I couldn't get the metal crate in my backseat, and they were awesome about me bringing it back, and even tho I couldn't get it back in the box ...they said it was no problem. love this place!!

Really excellent customer service on the phone. I had to call a few times re: my incoming online order that was being shipped to the store. My calls were picked up promptly. Staff were pleasant, helpful, and resolved my issue quickly and easily. Wish more places were like this. Thank you!

I recently visited the TSC Store in New Hudson, and I want to give a special shout-out to Matthew. We needed a hard-to-find mower deck part that our local TSC in Howell didn't have, but New Hudson showed one in stock. Despite the hot, muggy weather and the 20-mile drive through expressway construction, we were determined to get the part.
The store was bustling with activity, and though everyone was friendly, they were busy with load-outs and customer checkouts. After unsuccessfully searching for the part myself and struggling with intermittent internet connectivity, I went outside to take a screenshot of the specific part I needed.
After waiting for a bit, I finally met Matthew. I showed him the screenshot, and he immediately entered the SKU into his handheld device. Instead of the usual "the inventories might not be accurate," he confidently said, "I know where those are located; follow me!"
Matthew didn't just point me to an aisle; he led me directly to the bottom shelf and handed me the part, saying, "Here's what you're looking for." He then asked, "What else can I help you with?" I replied, "I'm good."
Matthew, you made my day. Your exceptional customer service turned a hot and crummy day into a bearable one. TSC is lucky to have you. I don't know what they're paying you but it isn't enough. Thank you!

Pam, the store manager at the New Hudson location was awesome to work with. Very helpful and patient. Made our large purchase so easy. Matthew was very kind and helpful as well- how refreshing these days!
The next day delivery could have become a nightmare but Katie from the delivery company was equally helpful and informative! We will definitely make the drive to this specific store in the future, even though we have one a few minutes from our home. That’s how impressive Pam, Matthew and Katie were to us.

Elisabeth is very knowledgeable about baby chicks. I have been to several of your stores and have never had anyone know the information she does. Hopefully she is there for our next round of chicks/or ducks.

Clean store. Employees are friendly and helpful. Surprisingly excellent selection and prices on Carhartt and similar brands. The store name is misleading as there are several every day items at great prices. I would skip the big box stores and try the convenience of TSC, you will be glad you did.
