Harbour View Inn perfected our experience. Conveniently located just a short walk from the docks, but far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the shopping district to be pleasantly quiet. Porter service to and from the hotel couldn't be easier, as is the check-in/check-out and boat shuttle processes. Our room overlooked the colorful gardens complete with rocking chairs on a full-length shared balcony. The room was neat, clean, roomy, and air conditioned. The varied continental breakfast was fresh and served on ceramic plates. All the amenities and final touches offered make the difference between a stay and an experience. Bravo!!! (Would highly recommend one of their packages.)

Cute place, with basic amenities. We didn't have air conditioning, but a beautiful view from the 2nd floor balcony. The staff were very welcoming and eager to assist.

Karl and Judy are excellent host! Holland House is wonderful and enjoyed our stay more than any other Bed and Breakfast.

Staff is friendly and very helpful with any questions you may have. Rooms are always very clean and well maintained. This is the only place we will stay when we visit Mackinac Island. Thanks again for another great visit to the island.

This is now our 4th year staying at Harbor View. We love the location, the staff and the property and rooms in the cottage house are impeccable. We have recommended it to several of our friends.

Harbour View Inn on Mackinac Island exceeded all our expectations, offering an unforgettable stay filled with charm and beauty. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the inn’s picturesque setting and the lovely historic architecture. Our room was impeccably clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, adding to the relaxing atmosphere of the inn.
The service was truly top-notch. The front desk staff were warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. One of the highlights of our stay was the seamless coordination with the ferry service for picking up and dropping off our luggage—everything was handled with such care and precision, which made our trip completely stress-free.
If you're looking for a combination of charm, excellent service, and beautiful surroundings on Mackinac Island, Harbour View Inn is the perfect choice. Highly recommended!

The room was nice. One of the windows does not close due to the A/C unit being in the way.
One staff member was rude from check in to check out.
She let others check in early and had my family waiting.
Luckily she went on break and the other staff was very nice and helpful.
Tried to check out and leave on time for the ferry. Yet we had to wait once again.
The lady saw us and walked off with her phone to the back.
