The crab swim trunks I originally bought weren't to my liking, but she graciously allowed me to choose a different pair that I actually preferred. It turns out the store on the island is part of their chain, which made the exchange process even smoother. I left the store happy with my new swim trunks and grateful for the excellent customer service.”
