Went in today 1/22/25 and the short guy proceeded to walk around the store instead of helping me. I stood at the counter patiently waiting and after about a minute I realized he was not coming to the register so I kindly left. I wonder if my skin wasn’t so melanin would he have helped me right away?!?! I have tried to give them a second and even third chance but they continue to be rude. I will not be going here ever again!!

Employees are very rude. They will overcharge you and everything’s overpriced. Go spend your money elsewhere

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! Stopped in the store 12-1-23 about 9am and purchased 2 taquitos and a water.. bearded guy overcharged me by 1.79, I asked what the price of the items was he immediately came rudely at me with " what? You not pay taxes!" I literally had to do the math at the counter for him before he acknowledged he was wrong. He still reluctantly refunded me exactly 2 dollars... Rude , dishonest , thief !
Came into store again on 11/18/24 thinking owners would fix issues.. NOPE! Same guy working the counter as almost a year ago... Picked up one donut marked 1.79.
Walked it up to counter and guess what? This guy rings it as 1.99. Paid for it and walked back to double check price and told the man he overcharged me by 20 cents, he instantly became rude about the situation to try and make me uncomfortable as to try and make me walk away. I told him this was the second time he has overcharged me in this store and he said I will give you your 20 cents back, I told him to keep it and left. Why do the owners of this store allow this to happen consistently? I will come back in a couple months to see if this is continuing. If you go into this store and that guy is there I promise he will try to overcharge you.
With the endless bad reviews of this place I'm starting to think the owners could care less about what anyone says..

Kids come here flexing their cars at night and taking up gas pumps and parking spots from paying customers. Owners or authorities don’t seem to care. It’s a belligerent experience. There’s a gas station one mile away, I’d rather give my business there.

Not a very clean store the soda fountain did not seem to be cleaned and when I was filling my cup flies came out of the machine into my cup thankfully I look beforehand was trying to tell the employee but he was rude. If a child were to get a fountain drink they would most likely drink it without looking and unknowingly drink fly mixed soda. 1.5/5

I didn't know they were filming the new FAST and furious movie at this location with the amount of cars and teens at this location just hanging out and doing burnouts and being annoying

Wow, very dishonest. During 7-Eleven day all of 7-Eleven was giving a free small slurpee away. This location starts by putting a fake sign up that there a '"no more free slurpees" I asked when did sale end and I was told it ended earlier.
I immediately went to another location and they were offering the free slurpees with no issue.
This showed me that this location was just being dishonest.

i highly don’t recommend even considering coming to this location the cashier was a old man extremely rude and declined my friends apple pay in the middle of it processing bc he told her he doesn’t like apple cash and demanded i pay right that second even tho i used apple pay right before her which doesn’t make any sense also it’s very dirty and stinks the second you walk in i definitely won’t be going back

awful service. the man working was so rude. my sister tried paying with apple pay and it literally went through, but the man declined it and said she had to pay some other way because he doesn’t like apple pay. like???? the place was also so dirty and disgusting, i’m gonna have to power wash the bottom of the shoes after being in there for only 5 mins. the man also sneezed all over the cigarettes and whatnot, didn’t even cover his mouth. absolutely disgusting. do yourself a favor and find another 7-eleven to get your snacks and slurpees

i wish i was able to give this 7-11 0 STARS!!! worst experience ever. never coming back to this trashed place. worst customer service! the old man working was so rude i can’t even believe i had this experience. if i could fire him myself i WOULD!

If I could give this location zero stars I would,they’re extremely rude,store is dirty and,constantly they allow tons of punks to hangout in the parking lot pretty much all night especially during the warmer weather they are belligerent to customers who are just minding their own business they whip around the parking lot in their cars and pull out doing burnouts and squealing tires,colder weather doesn’t always keep these punks away either and they always take up the spaces at the gas pumps but,hey guess it doesn’t matter because the two guys that work at night are best friends with the punks and decent people who are paying customers don’t matter,I went in one night and got what I needed and,went out to my car minding my own business and one of them threatened and being belligerent at me,mind you I don’t ever say anything to these little punks and stay out of the way and didn’t invite this,someday this location will be shut down independent or not,will never spend another penny here ever again,I also got the entire altercation on my dashcam and yes I made a report with the sheriff department

I purchased a tin of Skoal mint pouches on 12/13/23. The pouches were old and dry when I opened the tin. I looked at the expiration date and it was August 2023. The tin was expired by 3 months. Also they charge almost a dollar more than the 7-11 2 miles down the road. I tried to call the location and the phone number does not work. Avoid this 7-11 at all cost.

There should be an option to give zero stars for this disgusting place. There’s this disgusting, rude cashier with a dirty looking red beard who thinks he’s God’s gift to the world. He’s lucky that I didn’t slap him across his dirty rotten face with how rude he is and disgusting he was to every single customer. I will never come to this place and I will continuously let everyone know that this 7-Eleven in Romeo plank is trash with racist, trashy employee. Specifically the dirty, shaggy red beard clown. Tiff on this place. Hopefully we see each other outside of this place.I’m literally at 0 miles in my car and I’m still driving off to look for a better business to spend my hard earn money at.
