Booo no public restroom... let me guess you will look into... 6 months later still no bathroom! Your local 711 may be sorry to hear your issuse but there not going to actually do anything to fix it. So they are really just sorry you complained

Come here all the time the girls are always wonderful employees the younger guy on the other hand has some costumer service skills that needs to be adjusted he always seems miserable see I greet him doesn’t say anything nor when I told him to have a great day. Seems off

How do you have a 7-11, gas station and convenience store with restrooms that are always broken or out of service. Not very convenient and won’t be stopping there anymore for gas or snacks

Milk bad and expired , they don’t give you a receipt, no manager on duty… Ever, called several times and left a message , no call back . Place it’s a mess from gas station to the store, dirty and very unorganized!

Don't bother stopping here unless you enjoy rude or no service. The washroom was locked with an out of order sign on it and the front counter employee said that it wasn't her problem. This is the 2nd time I've been here and both times I found the no bathroom problem so I won't be coming back.

Came for the free slurpies after work but they had a hand written note that free slurpies were only from 11am - 7pm. We ended up buying them.Quite disappointing since the kids were excited and looking forward to the day and free slurpies.

I'd give this place negative stars if I could. Let's start off by saying I went into this store for the first time in maybe 7yrs on Sunday 5/26/2024. I was headed to participate in the St.Clair shores memorial day parade with my mom and son. We were in Military uniforms. We just wanted something to drink and this store happened to be on our way there. Today 5/29/24 my mother received a phone call from the owner Donna of this store. She very confidently accused us, my mother, son and I of stealing 2 slurpees and an iced coffee. Understandably my mother was very upset because in no way did we steal and to accuse people of stealing while in uniform is absolutely disgusting. She says it's on camera but then when I pulled up my bank account and told her "no you're wrong I have the date time and the stores address with the amount deducted from my bank account right here." She says oh what time was this and what do you mean you were in uniform. Uhh I thought you had us supposedly on camera. Absolutely disgusting for a store owner to accuse someone of theft when she didn't even have proof because the proof never existed. And then to tell us we weren't allowed back in her store because a estranged family member of ours works there now. Falsely accusing someone of theft is a crime too. Just absolute disgust at the entire situation. There's a reason why I never went into that store for over 7yrs. And I won't be back again. Ever.

Really sad when you see a worker out side smoking 🚬 right outside the door in front of our kids trying to teach them from right and wrong god know if they wash there hands ✋️ afterwards.....

I have always had a negative experience with the older lady with long grey hair on night shift. She is always rude, short, and seems as if I am a bother. Every single time. I’ve seen her do it with plenty of other customers as well. I avoid going here at night just because of it. Sucks because it’s half a mile away from me.

I love this 7-11 on Gratiot and Hall Road. The staff is so friendly and kind. The store is always clean, and the coolers are very organized.
