They sold me the wrong product when I gave them specific details. I paid 40 dollars instead of the 20 dollar product I needed. They also said the manufacturer raised their prices when they did not raise their prices at all. They felt like taking advantage of a 14 year old band student. Super nice people. If you were looking to buy or rent a band or orchestra instrument and any accessories or music you may need to go with says instrument, this is the place to go for any ability level.

Wow! Those are some helpful guys in there. Thanks for the help on the tune up and for the fair price on my old Bundy. My son is enjoying it in Mrs. Clark's class. I'm about to head up for some wax. Thanks again!!!
