I want to recognize David for an outstanding TV purchase experience today. He honestly should advising ABC's executive sales leadership on his approach. His tact was evident moments after walking in and being greeted warmly. Our interactions were enthusiastic and consistently customer-focused. I never felt driven by a blind upsell, always being presented with value-added options/alternatives that were legitimately of interest as a customer. I am well versed in display tech and felt comfortable advising a family member on their options without pressure from the sales floor… but also welcomed to ask questions on policies/pricing at any time. They were always answered openly.
My family member truly received an amazing deal and had to walk away from an even better one due to size constraints in the intended space… one that overwhelmingly beat deals from an online retailer- and a great human interaction!
Feeling with a renewed sense of confidence in the brick-and-mortar purchase of major electronics- Thank you David and ABC Warehouse!

Long story short thank you John and the other guy in sales I had spine surgery two days ago got my recliner today the delivery guys knocked my water over in my place didn't put it back, I opened my door for my nurse only to see they left the box (trash) from the delivery. How lazy and disrespectful what can I do I'm already in too much pain this is not right! I will NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN!

Went to see Dave for a washing machine. Couldn't ask for a better guy to help me out. Fast, friendly, and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend ABC warehouse and definitely go with Dave.

The salesperson is a bully. Arrived looking for fridge - things started off fine until I asked about the sale. Asked how long it was going for, and then spied the dates posted on the fridge. According to the date posted, the sale lasted for 3 more days. The worker insisted that regardless of what was printed, it did not matter, the sale ends when they decide. I asked if I took a picture of it and came back within the sale dates? "No NO! No, we get an email and its over, doesn't matter what that says." How is this truth in advertising? I asked him that. We walked around looking and didn't see anything we wanted in our price range. On the way out he said, "I will be here tomorrow, but that fridge will not be on sale!" Really? Are bullying tactics effective? Did he expect I was going to stop leaving, turn around, thank him and immediately buy the fridge? Hardly. I told friends, I am posting here, I will post to Facebook - people are looking for trusted relationships in sales. Not bullies.

We bought 7 appliances at the ABC Warehouse on Hall. The workers seemed friendly, but turned out to be shifty/sneaky in terms of the prices. They told us we’d qualify for a $500 rebate, but it didn’t work when we attempted to get it. When I called, before listening both the salesman and his manager responded “Oh, he made a mistake.” It was so canned that they obviously use this sneaky process frequently. The appliances are fine. And we would have been fine with the price. We just don’t appreciate salespeople who aren’t honest or forthright.

Unbelievable how rude Brad is. This "manager" shouldn't have a job working with customers. It's disgusting the attitude he has. As a company ABC warehouse should be COMPLETELY embarrassed.

Where do I even start, I brought a wall oven and cooktop on my birthday March 7, they said it would be delivered in 2 to 3 weeks on March 28 they only brought the wall oven it was installed but didn't work you know why because it was only the frame they didn't have the mother board in the inside to make it work so they had to order me a new one. I had to wait another 2 weeks for the wall oven which was today they delivered the wall oven it was installed but guess what it only had one cooking rack in the inside I called the store and talked to the salesman Brian he says he'll call me back, when he calls back he says to me we can bring them back out on Monday wtf no, I'll will meet you because at this point I'm upset because it's clearly a month a a couple days and I don't have a completed wall oven nor do I have my cooktop. Then he tell me I can speak to his manager but never put him on the phone he tells me that the manager is on a important call and gotta call me back. I will never call with this company ever again, very unprofessional and do not care about the needs of their customers.
