Been to many emergency rooms with my health issues ,but I have to say after coming to this ER I will never go back to others,great residents ,amazing nurses fast treatments , everyone was pleasant and helpfulThis is the best hospital right now Michigan has to offer I know I have been to alot of them .

The staff are fabulous! They were very kind & compassionate. My son was very nervous about having surgery, but they took the time to let him ask questions, & put him at ease. After the surgery, they cared for him so well. I appreciate all the staff here!

Everyone was professional and pleasant. I did give a 5 star. I was told to surgery at 6am I was called for service until after 7 am.

This experience was truly disheartening to witness for my husband and as a professional. During our visit, we went to the Emergency Room and encountered Dr. Loewe and his staff. None of them were polite or helpful in regards to my husband. My husband came in regarding sharp pains in his head and neck, high blood pressure and a severe headache over the last few days.The front desk lady completely blew him off when he checked, the Nurse wasn’t very helpful and Dr. Loewe came in, touched on his head constantly causing him more pain and discomfort, ignored his high blood pressure then basically prescribed medication and left the room.This was extremely unprofessional and he truly ignored the pain my husband was experiencing. No additional testing was conducted and he provided some diagnosis with very little testing, questioning or true concern. As this point, I just asked his name and correct spelling because I wanted to take notes and he flashed his badge at me across the room versus answering my question and addressing my concerns.In my practice, I see this time and time again where African Americans are ignored or their concerns aren’t addressed to the level of others. My husbands pain was not taken seriously and I feel all individuals here need to be provided implicit bias training, cultural competence training and diversity training. In the emergency room, we were professional and respectful however the same treatment wasn’t given to us. I hope to follow up with someone regarding this. I’ve reached out to the office manager with no response, patient advocate with no response and completed the online process to file a complaint. I truly hope no one else will have to experience this type of treatment.

I had an ultrasound done at this location. The receptionist behind the desk was very rude! Barked at me “login to the kiosk” with an attitude and didn’t even say hello. I tried, and since my name is hyphenated, when she rudely commented again “DID YOU LOGIN YET?!” I asked how she spelled my name so I could. The ultrasound tech wasn’t very friendly or talkative, seemed miserable. The other tech was on her way out and both were talking amongst themselves while I was in the process of having my ultrasound done. Seemed like I wasn’t even in the room. It also took weeks for my doctor to receive the results and I was told this happens all the time at that location. I will not go back as I prefer the 26 Mile McLaren location.

I can NOT say enough about the woman ( s ) that did my ultrasound! U would think having the procedure I did that u would feel uncomfortable, but that was not the case AT ALL..Shaz the ultrasound tech went above and beyond! Sometimes the only reviews these professionals get are bad reviews and that just isn't fair! So Thank YOU Shazn Katey!

The staff was absolutely wonderful. They were very caring and kind. I felt so at ease knowing I had such wonderful people caring for me before, during and after my surgery.

This hospital is a great place for the doctors and nurses are wonderful they took good care of me I'd recommend anybody to go there
