DO NOT BUY ANY IPHONES FROM THIS LOCATION! MY IPHONE 15 PLUS WAS PURCHASED LAST YEAR BRAND NEW IN FEBRUARY! AS OF NOW MARCH 2025 I HAD TO TAKE MY IPHONE TO APPLE SEVERAL TIMES THIS MONTH BECAUSE MY PHONE KEEPS GLITCHING! IT LITERALLY STARTED GLITCHING ONCE MY WARRANTY OFFER EXPIRED IN FEBRUARY OF THIS YEAR!!!! I AM PISSED!
THEY LIE AND SCAM YOU INTO MAKING A SALE AT THIS LOCATION THE PHONES THEY SALE AT THIS LOCATION ARE SUSPICIOUS AND THE QUALITY ABSOLUTELY DIFFERS FROM OTHER AT&T LOCATIONS!

Walked in yesterday on Fathers Day cause my son had lost his phone while on vacation. Not only did Veronica help us out in getting him a new phone but she also worked soo hard on saving us $$ on our bill!! She went above&beyond what I ever experienced!! She even wrote everything down for me& walked out with a new tablet,phone& watch… it’s people like her that truly can turn someone’s day around!! Thanks again for all help Veronica!!! This location will be my forever AT&T shop!!!

I signed up online for service online. Went to pickup phones just as they were closed. The manager came to the door to see if I was coming to pickup. He was expecting me, and could not contact me be ause my old service didn't work so he was concerned i had not picked up. He let me in and hooked me up. He even showed me how I could get my veteran discount. Great!

The store manager was phenomenal, I was confused at first and he could tell and he helped me understand what he was suggesting to save me money several times and didn’t get mad or rude. He stayed an HOUR after close to make sure I was taken care of and he was very professional, knowledgeable, patient, and I felt so bad he was still there an hour after close but he went out of his way. Nobody does that anymore at all. I have never had this experience with AT&T before until I came here. That man needs a raise. Also the store was clean and organized. Anyone needing help with anything needs to come here it’s worth the drive. Thank you so much.

Veronica is very helpful, she was able to solve my issue with in 5 mins, I spent 2 hrs with atnt on the phone and got no where.
