Came in to get an engine light checked out, the attendants helped me and we went back in the store and there was a horrible smell. It seemed to get worse when man at the counter started to help me. This is my second time experiencing this and I will not be returning.

I have always had a great experience when I go to this store. The one lady with the long brown/blonde ponytail is very knowledgeable and helpful.

This place is a joke never before did I get forced to pay in advance for a part to be ordered. Then the next day call to see if it came in to be told my order was never placed. I wasted more gas going to this store then my part was even worth. You guys need to fire the kids that don't have common sense and hire people that have knowledge about cars. I will never be back. Advance auto is alot better and more knowledgeable.

Called to find out if they had what I needed, I was told they had it. I drove 40 miles to find out they didn't and couldn't order it. What a waste of time and gas.
