Drive up ATM almost always never takes 10’s 5’s or 1’s. Only wants big bills. The walk up ATM is the slowest ATM ever made and also usually won’t take 1’s. If you go inside the staff will try to encourage you to go to the ATM even though they are absolutely terrible. Also no need to change your hours to close at 4pm during December and claim it to be the “Holidays.” There is absolutely no reason to close at 4 on a day like December 10th. No other company is doing that. Just an excuse to get home sooner.

May Daman is the very best! She has the greatest customer service and is such a helpful, compassionate person to everyone she comes in contact with! There’s no one else I would rather bank with!

The people that work there are so racist and rude! Mona Lazri runs a terrible bank and needs to train her employees better! Do NOT do business with this bank.

I read these reviews, but I didn't understand completely until I witnessed the terrible service myself when I was at the bank just few minutes ago. The lady named Mona Lazri as a Vice President at this bank is completely a disaster. I don't know whether she went to school for the title she's in now, but she has no customer service skills. I came to the bank and waited in a long line until my turn to ask for the witness for my paper work. She sat at the counter and said I should wait for other representatives to be available. So I stepped aside to wait for one of them was done helping other client. I repeated what I needed, and she said she had to check with her manager... then she had to wait for someone to unlock the door for her to get inside (?) Then she started serving other customers behind me instead of informing me that she couldn't do it until the first lady I talked to served another customer before coming out to tell me that she couldn't do it... I asked her why didn't tell me in the first place, and she said because I didn't have an appointment. I told her she could have told me so, but why she made me to wait... she said because I didn't have an appointment and she didn't know what I needed (?) and kept going around and around with this. Did she understand English fluently? She was the one who told me to wait for other representatives to be available to help me. She couldn't answer what I questioned her, then she walked away. This is not the way how a manager deals with customers... I don't know how she can climb up there to be a Vice President???? It's a shame for Bank of America!!! I'm going to withdraw my money and switch to a different bank after 36 years with them!I called the 1-800 and they said the bank should be able to witness my signature, but I might need to make an appointment. Of course, I would do that, but instead that lady Mona made me wait and then came out saying that she couldn't do it (?) Very unprofessional.... I still can't believe what I encountered today!!!!

Hours are terrible, short staffed all the time. They are the only bank of America I know that opens at 10 am & closed at 4pm & now closed on Saturdays. What happened to the 9 to 5 hours.

4:05 pm Needed to make a deposit. What bank closes at 4pm on a Monday?! ATM also said unable to make deposits.

Simply terrible all around. Take all your money elsewhere. Under your mattress is a better place to keep your money safe. They'll leave a copy and paste response to this because they're not human beings.

Everytime I call any of the number, the 1800 number or each store, I'm constantly hung up on without even connecting. The very rare time I do get through, the prompts aren't what they say they are. It's beyond frustrating when trying to fix an issue or get a loan. They collect so much money and yet can't even have a working phone system.

Phone prompts are not helpful for contacting customer service representatives or for sending authorization codes to phone over email nexus the email wasn't coming through. Customer service ignored issues presented until a supervisor was asked for and then suddenly after about 8 minutes of asking for a text authorization code and only getting told that he was sending an email, he finally asked if we would like to receive a text with the authorization code. Before that he interrupted multiple times to give answers for problems we weren't asking about and kept trying to have us go to Microsoft to fix an outlook problem. It felt as if he didn't want to do anything about helping us receive a text and just wanted to make us do extra work so he wouldn't have to (by the way, the account is set to send text authorization over email to begin with). Absolutely awful service from the New York office

Unprofessional! The guy who is a bank teller at this location is Unprofessional, he started mentioning how much I have in my accounts in the front of the other customers. Whatever I have in my accounts should be between me and the bank only!

I'd rather go to a different location. The "manager" woman is not very friendly or customer service oriented. The guy in front, however, is very friendly so that's why I gave two stars instead of one. You will be able to see from other people giving reviews here that they are very, very inconsistent with procedures and it makes your day very frustrating when they don't let you do something one day that you have done so many times in the past! It makes no sense. Corporate needs to re-evaluate who manages the bank to create a better staffed team that is consistent and customer service driven. After all, the whole job revolves around customer service.

Very rude customer service.I walked in to make a new bank account and the lady said as rude right off rip. I will be seeking another bank to bank with as this location turned me completely away from Bank of America.
