Hisa was absolutely wonderful to work with! They were incredibly kind, helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed with our storage unit. It’s rare these days to find customer service like this! Hisa was patient, professional, and genuinely cared about making the experience smooth and easy for us. Hisa is the manager at the storage place on Hayes and 22 mile in Shelby Township. Hisa is very helpful and patient. Always there to lend a hand. I have witnessed a hard working person with a great work ethic.
