“Ingram Siding provided excellent service at a good price for my project. I only needed a couple of boxes to complete my small siding project on my home. Ingram delivered the materials to my home well before the promised date so I was able to get the project going early. Very helpful in October! Great service, will be back for all of my siding projects in the future.”
“Tom Pfetzer is amazing!! The entire staff there is 1st class. I've been part owner of 3 state 10 office roofing company doing 75 roofs a week and was never treated by ABC, who we were number 1 account in Ohio for, nearly as well as the Beacon team services me here.NEVER HAD MISORDER OR ANY ERRORS!Tom has reviewed my orders back when I was 19 or early 20s, and made sure I always had what I needed.Yes their pricing can sometimes be beat here and there . BUT the service is so much more valuable than any minor price difference. AND they often beat the competitors when I've checked.. THERE'S NO PLACE ELSE BETTER!!A Job with them always starts off right! Put a price on perfection... 1 question, have u ever regretted quality?”
“Working with SRS Supply Company has been a game changer for us. From the very start, my communication with my territory manager, Brandon, and delivery coordinator, Elliot, has been seamless. Since SRS acquired Wimsatt, they haven’t skipped a beat; in fact, it’s now easier than ever to get materials at various locations.
Our CRM system connects directly with SRS, allowing us to input work orders, receive pricing immediately, and send everything directly to their email—it's incredibly straightforward, eliminating any guesswork. We also receive timely notifications when our materials are on the way, complete with pictures, which adds a layer of reassurance.
The customer service team, including Larry, Kyle, and Austin, is exceptional. They consistently go above and beyond to help us locate the products we need. One of the most frustrating aspects of picking up materials from suppliers is often the wait times and communication issues. However, at SRS, the process is efficient. The staff is quick, friendly, and proactive, with several team members always checking in to ensure we’ve been assisted.
Overall, SRS has significantly contributed to our company’s growth, and I wholeheartedly recommend them as a reliable partner in the industry.”

“I hadn’t been there in years, went to Home Depot and Lowe’s and I did not find what I was looking for and I remember shopping at builders firstsource years ago I went there and found what I was looking for baseboard molding they have the best product and a very reasonable price especially if you are remodeling your home”
“The entire staff have been the best to work with. We are so glad we decided to work with them for all the masonry material. Being clueless on everything that was needed to brick our garage they put the entire package together down to the flashing. To Charles and the all the gals that worked with us, many thanks!”
“I have directed a number of folks to Fastenal's Blue Lane Freight service as a cost effective alternative for ltl ground shipping. This was my first time at the Fraser, Michigan location but the service there was very good just like in Livonia, Michigan. Thanks guys”
