Had a appointment at 3 had to wait 20 minutes past and to them bye. I asked the lady in the glass room if she could help and of course no but she wasn't doing a thing. Horrible wouldn't go there not professional

Very upset!!! I opened an account online and everything went good and I came in Joey setup my account which his customer service was excellent if I could rate him 5stars I would but if I could rate this bank a 0 I definitely would and this is not how you run a major corporate I haven’t even been a customer for over a week and my account gets closed for “suspicious activity” when all the activity was, was daily use of life normal transactions I am very disappointed they closed my account didn’t tell me anything and then still have my funds in the account along with another transaction that was supposed to go in there that they have no record of what a horrible experience and definitely will not be going back to this wretched bank

Negative zero when it comes to customer service !!! I would highly recommend to go to different branch or even different bank. I was extremely disappointed after management reached out to me from the complaints that i made in regards to customer service from their employee. In other words they will waste your time by saying “sorry” and not doing anything to fix the situation and to earn your business.

Vesna is the very best! She has the greatest customer service and is such a helpful, compassionate person to everyone she comes in contact with! There’s no one else I would rather bank with!
