“Had a really nice experience at the Hot Topic in Macomb Mall! The employee Giovanni was absolutely amazing and fabulous super helpful, kind, and genuinely wanted to assist me. Even though the anime selection was pretty disappointing (it felt like everything else was prioritized over anime), Giovanni made the visit worth it. I’ll definitely be coming back just for him. He was truly a standout!
That said, Hot Topic really should focus more on anime and not push it aside for other trends. There’s a huge community of anime fans who would love to see it better represented in-store!”

“What an awesome store. I was excited to stop in here because at home, there are no stores, only ordering online, so this was my first experience inside of a L.L. Bean store. The woman who greeted me was friendly and helpful. The store and fitting rooms were clean and free of clutter. I ended up needing to order a size of a top not on the floor - communicate between the associate who helped me on the floor to the one behind the counter on ordering the item was done clearly and effectively. Ordering the item was easy, and it was free shipping right to my house. I purchased a dog mat (water/food bowl) and waterproof, super soft blanket, which my pup loved. Great experience! L.L. Bean is a great resource for hiking/outdoor gear that is high-quality.”

It was nice to walk in to a store and leave with what I needed and to see that there are still employees that love their job. I will definitely be back to purchase more from my favorite store!”
“My 14 year old daughter and I were back to school shopping. We stepped into the Lucky Brand store at Partridge Creek Mall. We were immediately greeted by a young blonde associate.Letting us know there was a buy one pair of Jeans get one half off. She was attentive and knowledgeable, assisting with our needs. Though many of the cut of jeans they had on stock in her size that day were to long in the leg. We did find one pair that had just the right fit and was very flattering on her. We were about to check out with our one pair on jeans when the other Gentleman clerk at the register was like how about Mom. He gathered a few pairs that he thought would work for me. He had nailed it their was one pair that was like it was customly made for me.
This Lucky Brand store gave us positive experience. The store welcoming atmosphere and a laid-back, Americana-inspired style. Made it an experience!
The Pricing, including sales, was reasonable for the quality and style.
We definitely will shop here again!”

“I love this store! This location is the “spot” too. I can’t even tell you the deals I’ve gotten on Victoria Secret bras, comfy hoodies, North Face, Hollister, Aero, & American Eagle to name a few! Moving up here from the south 5 years ago, needless to say my winter clothing was limited… but the first time hitting this place up I got a CK coat, converse shoes, 2 pairs of Levi’s jeans, 3 hoodies, and a gorgeous Victoria Secret bra (looked brand new) for $70! So yeah people, please don’t sleep on this store!! This Clinton Township location in particular!! . You can sign up for text messages & when they have their 50% off weekends they send you a text.… thrift stores are life! Value World is good place to score some signature pieces! The staff has always been very helpful and pleasant to boot!!”

“My wife and I went there to get something, based in the Sydney Sweeney ads. It had been a while. What a great surprise we had. A nice size store with a good amount of inventory, great desla, and as friendly and knowledgeable a staff as I can remember. Meghan took us under her wing, and spent an hour getting us exactly what we wanted. I ended up getting four quality shirts, and my wife, two jeans and a cute cat sweater.
