Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your time and drive to a different branch.
I live a mile away and I will never return to this branch. I have both business and personal accounts with Comerica for over 10 years. I go to this bank quite often enough where 2 of the tellers know me by my name and vise versa. I walk in there today with a voided ID because I had to get a new one and my paperwork was physical on my phone for my temporary license which is legal because I renewed it online. I could easily print it but it’s a hassle of carrying it.
The teller kindly was trying to ask the manager for approval and she rejected it with out a thought. She simply said they can’t do my transaction because they can’t have a voided ID when I clearly have the temporary ID. Out of frustration I immediately walked out. The shocking thing was the teller that was sitting right next to the one I was working with didn’t say a word to the manager. Not one word just pretended like she couldn’t hear a thing, knowing she has seen me in there numerous time and knows me by my name. They didn’t even try to help me it was a simple no.
Now I have to waste more time driving to the bank I started my account with and it’s a huge inconvenience as a business owner. I try to always avoid going here anyway because they want me to order cash when I need change for my business when I can walk into any other Comerica and get a huge sum of change at any given time.
Just stay away from here. I apologize to one teller your service has been great thank you Laura. You should be at a different branch. Everyone else just your average worker nothing more than an employee at McDonald’s that doesn’t care about their clients.

Horrible and not helpful. We ask for a cashier check written to cash and they wouldn't help. Go somewhere else they are not truthful . Go to your local credit union and get the service and help you need. Stay clear of the 26 mile rd location poor service.

The building closes early, and the staff are inattentive. They have frequently made mistakes in various accounts. I switched banks due to how bad it all was.
