The tellers are pleasant; however, if you require assistance outside of the teller, they are unfriendly! Woman I sat down with sounded impatient with me. She appeared short-tempered in conversation, and her expression is irritable. Nonverbal clues from her facial expressions are not particularly accommodating. Rude! Customer service sucks!

The people are always pleasant but the company policies are absolutely unacceptable. Everytime I have to go inside the branch I get buzzing mad. I've had my accounts there for nearly 40 years and have been researching new banking options. Terrible.
