Was here on Dec 21 with my younger brother picking up Christmas items for our parents. One of the employees severely overreacted to a safety issue. While I understand that standing on an employee cart is not allowed, it did not warrant the level of profanity or escalation that followed.
The employee used aggressive profanity throughout the encounter, placed his hand on my brother’s back while ordering us out (my brother is a minor), and continued to follow and harass us even after we apologized and complied. As we were exiting the store, he mocked us by shouting “yeah good boys, good boys.”
Throughout the entire interaction I tried to de-escalate and explain that we had no intention of being disrespectful or causing problems, but the employee continued to escalate, ultimately kicking us out while shouting and embarrassing us. I am not someone who leaves reviews, but this behavior was completely unreasonable and honestly shocking. We frequent this location, but likely will not return.

Went in here about 3 hours ago and my total was $11 and some change, the cashier charged my card $14.43 and didn’t give me a receipt. Will be calling the store for answers in the morning. Definitely a little upset.

Great store but the highlight was Abby who was ringing people up and put a smile on everyone’s faces! She was so sweet and courteous it was really nice.

This is one of the best Dollar Tree locations. The selection is amazing, the staff is helpful and friendly. There's a location closer to me but the extra 3 miles further is worth it to shop at this one.

Sandy was very rude and condescending I would not hire her to deal with customers. I asked for a separate bag for chips purchased. She snatched the bag s off chips and threw them in a bag. When I asked about it, Sandy made excuses and told me and my husband “have a good day PEOPLE “. I work in a corporate HR department. I would recommend Sandy get terminated if she worked at my company and behaved in that manner.

THE Dollar Tree to visit! This store is larger than most, and I bought a tall and durable laundry basket here for only $5! Think about stopping here before going to a retail giant who will charge you more for something that does not need to cost as much as it does!
